If you are a fan of lobster tails this is incredible! If you don’t have a smoker you can still smoke them on your barbeque. Serve them with what ever you want or just eat them as your main dish, we always like to do a little surf and turf
Ingredients:
Lobster tails
Fresh lime
Garlic
butter
Directions:
Split the backs of the lobster tails and pull out the meat, be sure to keep it attached to the shell, pinch the shell back together and lay the meat back on. Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on top and add a wee bit of lime juice. Depending on the size of the tail it could take up to an hour in the smoker set at 215 degrees. Serve with melted garlic butter.
